Training Aids

Training Aids ("Pay to Win") are optional full-swing hardware—alignment sticks, sternum trackers, exit gates, hinge trainers—for constraints that must repeat session to session. Each station page names a constraint, not a product: look for hardware that enforces the feedback rule, or use the DIY substitutes on that page. Short Game and Putting use range improvisation (tee under leading edge, start-line gate, wall pendulum), not hardware.

Drills vs. Stations

Drills are body protocols; stations are physical geometry you set up on the range. Run the drill first; add a station when the same constraint must survive session to session.

Pick the single station that matches today's —don't stack all four in one session.
